Biten Ltd. provides a 24 month warranty service for your Biten flashlight in accordance with these warranty terms, starting from the date of purchase. The global quality service of Biten flashlights covers material and manufacturing defects (flaws) that exist when customers deliver their purchased Biten flashlights. This warranty service can only be effective if the authorized dealer of Biten flashlight completes the warranty card completely and accurately, and indicates the purchase date and stamp (valid warranty card).
During the warranty period, with a valid warranty card, you have the right to request the free elimination of any defects through repair. If the repair is not sufficient to restore the normal use of the Biten flashlight you purchased, or if the case of the Biten watch you purchased cannot be opened, Biten Ltd. guarantees to replace it with a similar style. The warranty service for the replaced flashlight shall terminate 24 months from the date of purchase of the replaced (retrieved) flashlight.
The manufacturer's quality assurance service does not cover:
Battery life;
Normal wear and aging (such as crystal scratches; color and/or material changes in non-metallic watch straps and chains such as leather, polymer, fabric, Velcro; peeling of paint finishes);
Any damage to any part of the watch caused by abnormal use/abuse, carelessness, negligence, accidents (impact, tapping, squeezing, surface damage, etc.), incorrect use, or failure to follow the instructions provided by Biten Ltd;
Any kind of indirect loss, such as any indirect loss caused by the use of Biten flashlights or due to defects or inaccuracies in Biten flashlights;
Biten flashlights that have been tampered with by any unauthorized person (such as battery replacement, maintenance services, and repairs) or whose original state has been altered outside the control of Biten Ltd.
Beyond the aforementioned quality assurance services, Biten Ltd. expressly excludes any other claims made by the purchaser against it, such as seeking damages outside of the quality assurance services, except for mandatory legal provisions granting the purchaser the right against the manufacturer.
Quality assurance services provided by the aforementioned manufacturers:
Independently of any warranties that may be provided by the seller, the seller shall be solely responsible for such warranties;
It does not affect the rights enjoyed by buyers against sellers or the rights that buyers may have against sellers under mandatory legal provisions.
The authorized service center of Biten Ltd. guarantees to provide perfect maintenance services for your Biten flashlight. If your Biten flashlight requires any service, please contact Biten's authorized dealer or any authorized service center listed on the attached list. They can guarantee to provide services that comply with Biten standards.
