Shipping, returns, and exchanges

Our company provides standard shipping services. Unless otherwise notified, orders for standard shipping services will usually be delivered to Hong Kong within 1 to 3 working days after the order date; Macau will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days (with a maximum of 30 days).

Our company's announcement is as follows: Standard shipping services for all orders placed on this site are free of charge.

All orders placed on the Biten online store are shipped by SF Express for standard shipping services.

Please note that all orders must be signed and confirmed upon delivery.

Returns and exchanges

We firmly believe that you will be satisfied with the products purchased on this site, but there may still be times when you feel the need to return a certain product. Our company is committed to simplifying processing procedures, and this clause does not affect your statutory rights under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Our company will make every effort to process all returns as soon as feasible.

1、 No need for products

We want to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order with Biten. If you do not like the product after receiving it, or if you change your mind, please email within 30 days of receiving the product ted@biten.org Request to replace and go to a designated store in Biten Hong Kong to replace any product with a lower or higher price. If you choose to switch to a higher priced product, you will need to make up the difference in amount. However, if you choose to switch to a lower priced product, you will not receive a refund of the price difference. Except for damaged products, each order can only be arranged for replacement once.

2、 Damaged products

We select and package products as carefully as possible to ensure that they are in good condition when delivered. However, if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, or if it is not the product you ordered, you can email it within 30 days of receipt ted@biten.org If you request a return or exchange, we will arrange a free exchange or a full refund for you.

In this case, you can choose to go to the designated Biten Hong Kong store to replace the product, or we can arrange for a courier company to retrieve the damaged product and resend the same product to you in good condition. If you choose to cancel the order, we can arrange for the courier company to retrieve the damaged item and provide a full refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

We will process your return request and make corresponding arrangements within two working days of receiving it.

If there are any discrepancies between the shipping, return, and exchange policies and the English version of the Delivery Return&Exchange Policy, the English version shall prevail.
