Private customization rules and precautions for flashlights

Welcome to choose our company's private flashlight customization service. In order to protect the rights and interests of both parties, we have formulated the following rules. Please read and abide by them carefully.

1、 Private customized image requirements

-The image ratio must be 1:1 (square), with a minimum resolution of 800 × 800 pixels. Images below this standard will result in blurry patterns and will not be printed.

-The left and right ends of the image need to be seamlessly connected (without any breaks or misalignment after splicing), otherwise it cannot adapt to the cylindrical appearance of the flashlight and needs to be resubmitted.

-Supports JPG, PNG, and TIFF formats, and the content must comply with regulations (without vulgar, infringing, reactionary, or other illegal information). It is strictly prohibited to submit infringing or third-party copyrighted images.

-After submitting the image, it will be reviewed within 1-2 working days. If it does not meet the requirements, you will be notified to resubmit it within a specified time. Failure to submit it within the deadline will be considered as cancellation of the order.

2、 Declaration of Rights and Responsibilities

-You promise to submit images without copyright disputes. If the infringement causes losses to the company, you will be fully responsible and compensated. The company has the right to cancel the order and not refund.

-Due to the curved appearance and material characteristics of the flashlight, there may be slight deviations in the printing effect from the original image, which is within the normal range. We do not assume responsibility for returns or exchanges; Serious deviations can be negotiated for reprinting.

-After the order review is approved, any changes or cancellations will incur corresponding costs (cancellations after printing will not be refunded); If the images submitted multiple times still do not meet the requirements, the company may cancel the order and refund the principal (without any additional compensation).

-Compliant customized works (with personal information hidden), the company can use them for promotion. If you do not agree, please make a note in advance.
