Artist Joining and Collaboration Rules

In order to achieve win-win cooperation and attract contemporary new and old artists, as well as emerging artists, this website has formulated these rules to clarify the core rights and obligations of both parties. Please read and comply with them carefully.

1、 Joining conditions

1. The artist must be an original artist (including emerging artists), able to provide original works and relevant proof, and have no record of plagiarism or infringement.

2. Recognize these rules and voluntarily use original works for our flashlight products and related promotions, without requiring payment of any royalties.

3. There are no intellectual property disputes, and if there are unresolved disputes, no application for membership is allowed.

4. Our company has the right to review the qualifications and works of artists, and the final review result shall prevail.

2、 Cooperative rights and interests

1.When using the work for flashlight products and promotion, label the artist's name and the work name, and provide free brand exposure.

2. After passing the review, it will be included in the collaborative artist library, and priority will be given to cooperation on subsequent new products and activities, without the need for repeated review.

3. The exclusive section of the independent website displays artist profiles and representative works, helping to enhance visibility.

3、 Core obligations

1. The artist shall ensure that the work is completely original and free from any infringement. If any loss is caused to our company due to infringement of the work, the artist shall bear full responsibility.

2. The work shall not be authorized to other flashlight and similar lighting product merchants at the same time, and our company's image shall not be defamed during the cooperation period.

3. Our company may use the work reasonably in flashlight products and related promotions, without modifying the core creative ideas of the work without authorization, and not for unrelated commercial purposes. Regular use does not require additional reporting to the artist.

4、 Disclaimer and Termination

1.All disputes and losses arising from infringement or plagiarism of the artist's works shall be borne by the artist, and our company shall not be held responsible.

2. If an artist violates these rules, our company may unilaterally terminate the cooperation and remove their cooperative artist qualification.

3.After the termination of the cooperation, our company can continue to sell flashlights with this work that have already been produced and will no longer be used for new products and promotions.

5、 Other

1. The final interpretation of these rules belongs to our company and may be adjusted and publicized according to business needs.

2. Submitting an application to join shall be deemed as acceptance of all terms and conditions of these rules.
